Yep, I can sense it, all the verbal responses being uttered to the title of this missive. I am sure y’all will share your thoughts, perspectives, and insights on this in the comments section. However, I know that there is truly only one response to this. The reason I know is that I am one of them: a strong principled Black conservative man who has rejected the Democrat (Socialist) Party plantation. An American Black man who is a victor, not a victim. I am a descendant of the philosophy and ideology of the Father of Black Conservatism, Booker T. Washington, whom the left despised, denigrated, disparaged, and demeaned then, as they do those of us like him today.
That is why the forthcoming documentary “Uncle Tom” is really going to incense the progressive socialist left. You can check out the first three trailer clips here. The release of the documentary is scheduled for mid-June, and nope, Hollywood, and their ilk would not support or give this work any support. I can just imagine the typical elitist Black overseers on the left’s economic plantation coming out with their vicious, vile, and incendiary attacks of those in the film. After all, that is what the white progressive socialist Massas pay them to do keep ‘dem coloreds on our plantation. This was most clearly evidenced by the dire faces of the members of the Congressional Black Caucus during the State of the Union address when President Trump announced that unemployment in the Black community was at an all-time, historic, low.
Then again, these are the same people who wish to keep the American economy in lockdown because they embrace and love, the destitution of the American people…since they need victims.
Well, recently, there was a Black man who stood against the orthodoxy of his Democrat (Socialist) Party, and he has been made to pay hell for it. He comes from the same place where I grew up, the Metropolitan Atlanta area, Dekalb County. You know, Stacy Abrams country.
As reported by Fox News:
“Georgia Democratic state Rep. Vernon Jones announced Tuesday he is resigning from his seat after last week endorsing President Trump’s reelection — a move that quickly earned him backlash from Georgia Democrats.
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Jones told The Rashad Richey Morning Show, a talk show in Atlanta, that despite his resignation he would not be leaving the Democratic Party because “somebody’s got to be in there to hold them accountable — hold them accountable to how they are treating black people [and] root out the bigotry.”
“Turn the lights off, I have left the plantation,” Jones said in a separate statement officially announcing his resignation, according to the Journal-Constitution. “Someone else can occupy that suite. Therefore, I intend not to complete my term effective April 22, 2020.”
State Sen. Nikema Williams, chairwoman of the state Democratic Party, issued a statement soon after Jones’ endorsement of Trump calling Jones an “embarrassment,” adding, he “does not stand for our values.”
Jones’ Atlanta-area district includes parts of DeKalb and Rockdale counties. Democratic parties in both counties planned to censure Jones for the Trump endorsement, according to the Journal-Constitution. Jones, after his original endorsement, told the paper that “President Trump’s handling of the economy, his support for historically black colleges and his criminal justice initiatives drew me to endorse his campaign.”
Jones seemed to foreshadow this Tuesday resignation in a Monday night tweet. “I’ve seen more Democrats attack me for my decision to endorse @realdonaldtrump than ask me why,” he said. “They’ve used and abused folks in my community for far too long, taking our votes for granted. Black Americans are waking up. An uprising is near.”
Man, would I love to debate State Senator Nikema Williams and inquire as to what “values” she is referring to? Does she embrace the values of the Democrat Party that gave us slavery, segregation, and socialism? Does she embrace the values of the Party of the jackass that has decimated the traditional two-parent Black family since the insidious Great Society program of an avowed racist, Lyndon Baines Johnson? Does she embrace the values of another avowed racist and white supremacist, Margaret Sanger, who referred to Blacks as “undesirables” and “human weeds” and founded an organization called Planned Parenthood, which has over 70 percent of its baby-murdering clinics in Black neighborhoods across the country? Yes, li’l Nikki, I guess your values include the murdering of over 20 million preborn black babies since 1973, when I was 12-years-old growing up in Atlanta, in a two-parent household.
I guess Nikema didn’t like unemployment in the black community being at an all-time low? She probably prefers that someone like Alice Johnson still be sitting in prison, and not released because of criminal justice reform. Or maybe Nikema doesn’t like those economic opportunity zones that are trying to bring economic growth, opportunity, and prosperity into the Black community.
See, lil’ Nikki thinks that Barack Hussein Obama’s canceling of the DC school voucher program is just fine…that is in keeping with the Democrat (Socialist) Party values. It’s okay to flood our country with illegal immigrants who undermine job opportunities for Blacks. Bottom line: Nikema Williams does not like Blacks being victors, and obviously, she has become so accustomed to these weak-ass, feckless Black political figures that she is livid about one who took a stand.
So, State Senator Nikema Williams, Chairman of the Georgia Democratic Party, wanna have a debate against that which you and your ilk fear the most? It is really easy to come out and attack like a pack of ravenous wolves, but do you have the courage and competence to enter into the ideological arena alone? Of course, you do not.
The left will never refer to themselves as racists, but the history of the Democrat Party is replete, and continues to be, with racist actions. Sadly, Blacks will gang up on their own to keep Massa happy.
Kudos to Georgia State Rep. Vernon Jones, maybe he will find himself invited to the premiere of the documentary “Uncle Tom.” Hey Rep. Jones, guess what? Two of the most feared and hated Black conservative men are natives of Atlanta: Herman Cain, and yours truly.
Maybe, just maybe, this awakening, uprising, and movement to reconnect the Black community with is true conservative values will emanate out of Atlanta, just like the civil rights movement did, for which I am proud to be from the neighborhood, Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward, which was its base.
Hat tip and a hearty Steadfast and Loyal to Georgia State Representative Vernon Jones.
