Let’s try this again, since some of you refused to review the slides from yesterday, but decidedly made comments.
I am reposting them again, along with one that explains how the US Army did indeed withhold exculpatory evidence in the trial of Army 1LT Clint Lorance.

Now, if there is something I have first-hand knowledge of, it is the sometimes nefarious nature of the Army legal system. Also, I know the tricks of soldiers being promised immunity for testimony. My soldiers did not take that bait back in 2003.
Yes, I want Clint pardoned, and I do question why this has not happened . . . and you should as well. I do not need to visit the White House to advocate for any Soldier, Sailor, Airman, or Marine.
Ask yourselves: if this was your son, what would you think?
